RAV4 GEN 5 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We are pretty excited to be working with our friends at Arrow Overland to develop a full set of off road products for the Gen 5 RAVs!

We’ve had Arrow’s 2020 RAV4 Adventure up on the rack in the shop for the first round of engineering inspections and measurements. All the dimensional inspections of the suspension are complete, and we’ve started working on our lift spring designs. We also have a good base design for a replacement rear shock to work with the lift. We are well on our way with the design of a true spring lift with fewest possible brackets and shims. All with an increased spring rate for real street and trail performance, and the load capability for all your gear!

We also have prototypes complete for our durable engine skid plates, and an awesome new light bar in development.
