So its been awhile since we posted up on our development and updates. The suspension systems for the RAV4 have been working great for our customers, and have been selling really well through the fall. We actually ran out of stock of springs and hardware for awhile and had to hustle to get our warehouse stock built back up. But we have full stock now of our RAV4 systems and parts, so get your order in if you have been waiting.
We have also been working hard in the shop, and have been developing Dodge Nitro and Jeep Liberty lifts. The front is done, and we are designing the prototype rear lift springs. We should have that full kit out by the end of the year. But we already have the leveling kits in stock and ready to ship, and we have front skid plates done and ready to ship too–check those out for full under engine protection.
We’ve also been working on a Crown Vic. We have front spacers ready to give about 2″ of front lift, and rear springs in development. We also just finished up the first fitment of our skid plate prototypes. These things are awesome, and fully protect the engine and tranny, with a rather creative bolt on mount system that does not require welding. We’re pretty jacked about these, and will fit the second prototype this week and have some cool pics out.
Last week we got the first dimensional checks done on a 05 Subaru Outback, so we’ll be working on that in December too. We’ll keep you posted on that one as it develops. We’ve also been working on a lift for a first Gen Highlander. These ones are interesting and require some creative offsets to maintain correct camber. But we’re getting there, and will keep you posted when we get to testing.
We appreciate all the feedback we get from our customers, and always welcome emails and pics.
Keep on exploring!
Nathan
