Cancel and Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. A 5% initial order transaction fee will be withheld to cover our direct costs.

Orders already shipped, or received by customers may be returned for a refund of the product cost within 30 days of initial invoice date. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Components must be new, have not been installed, and returned in all original packaging. A 20% fee will be withheld from the original cost of the product to cover our direct costs. Upon return, an inspection of all components will be made. If any components are not in as-new condition, further fees may be withheld up to the full cost of order.
