REAR LIFT BUSHINGS

Our rear lift bushings provide approximately 5/8″ or 1″ of rear lift. This simple design is a body lift–installed between the body and the upper rear spring perch, the rear spring mount is lowered away from the body to provide the lift.
Bushing is installed using existing hardware, does not alter any other components, and can be removed in the future if desired.
1″ lift bushing not recommended for use with our Northwoods rear lift springs–too much lift may cause interference issues.

I installed these bushings together with the new rear lift springs that came in a 2 inch lift kit. These bushings (spacers) are super easy to install, especially if you’re already installing rear springs. I know that measurements are supposed to be taken at the wheel well, but my concern was my rear hitch dragging on everything and I wanted it to be higher off the ground. The standard lift kit brought the rear hitch up 1.125 inches higher. Installing this bushing brought the hitch up another 1.5 inches. I did a full write up on rav4world.com on the install.
I was initially skeptical, but after installing I believe this product is truly a no brainer to add onto any lift kit.
